Peedie Printers: Summer Holiday Workshops - Ages 5-12 years

Monday 15 to Friday 19 July

• Mornings 11am-12.30pm

• Afternoons 2.00-3.30pm

Five simple print processes each day – repeated in afternoon

Sessions free, but booking essential as places are limited each day

Bookbinding with Gillian Stewart of Juju Books 20&21 July

Saturday 20 July Exposed spine sketchbook – 'coptic' stitch
One day workshop, introducing the elegant coptic stitch, perfect for creating books that open flat and feature an exposed spine stitch.
Suitable for ambitious beginners over 16 years of age. Some dexterity is required as we'll be working with a challenging stitch. All materials and use of tools are included.

Sunday 21 July Exposed spine sketchbook – butterfly stitch over leather tapes

One day workshop making a unique hardcover book, sewn using leather tapes.
Suitable for ambitious beginners or those with some experience over 16 years of age. Some dexterity is required as we'll be working with a challenging stitch. All materials and use of tools are included.
